With over two decades of solid experience in hospitality and recruitment, I'm not just a professional; I'm a hospitality enthusiast. I'm naturally inclined towards leading and motivating teams, with my creative thinking and decision-making abilities enabling me to thrive. I'm known for focusing on solutions and imparting my knowledge and skills to others. My real joy comes from assisting businesses looking to grow or expand. I'm proficient in connecting people and inspiring them to work together to achieve goals they once thought were unattainable. My passion for empowering others is the common thread that runs through my career and personal relationships.

Professional Journey

My career has taken me across diverse paths and challenges, each one contributing to my growth and understanding of the industry. From helping out with the recruitment for a luxury lifestyle hotel at Birch Selsdon to my humanitarian efforts during the Ukraine war with Personnel Worldwide, each of my roles has added a unique layer to my expertise.

As the founder and managing director of Learn Train Recruit Ltd, I successfully led the company to generate a turnover of £2 million per annum, demonstrating my abilities as a business leader. Moreover, my tenure at Rinova Ltd, and previously as the Director & Founder at Place (Recruitment) / Staff (GB), and Catering Recruitment Services, underscores my comprehensive experience and depth of knowledge in the recruitment sector of the hospitality industry.

Achievements

My contributions to the hospitality industry don't just stop at the professional level. As a staunch advocate for equality, diversity, and inclusivity, I've delivered training and awareness sessions on these crucial topics. I've also introduced digitalisation to students and teachers through online classes at Rinova Ltd and the D-Tour Trainer program.

One of my most cherished projects is my podcast, "Timothy, Put The Kettle On". This podcast serves as a beacon of positivity in the industry, sharing tips, advice, and good news for those in hospitality. The aim was to counterbalance the negative narrative and instead focus on the resilience and resourcefulness of our industry.
